We're a family-run local business drawing on over 25 years experience of kayaking and a lifetime of loving all things outdoors. We are proud to be known for our friendly advice and great service. From our base on the shores of Loch Fyne, we offer a kayak demo and hire service for experienced users.
As well as all the gear you need to get out on the water, Argyll Kayaks by Karitek offer an increasing range of outdoor clothing from the likes of Paramo and Hilltrek. We've paddles from Werner, Celtic and Ainsworth, kayak clothing from Reed Chillcheater, Peak UK, Palm and Yak, Flat Earth Sails and a wide range of kit to get you on the water.
Visit our shop in Ardrishaig - by the Egg Shed - just 5 minutes drive from Lochgilphead. Our spring 21 opening hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 11am to 2pm. If you plan to visit outwith these times, drop us an email and we'll arrange to meet you.
