Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Credit card payments are handled by our secure, third party payment gateway - we do not hold or have any access to your credit card details. Credit card details are transmitted from you to the payment gateway over a secure connection.
In the event that a product is not currently available, we will keep you informed and provide as accurate a delivery date as possible. If the product will not be available within a reasonable timescale, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a suitable alternative where possible.
E-mails are an acknowledgement of your order and not confirmation that a contract has been agreed for the sale of the goods in the order.
The contract for the sale of the goods in the order shall be formed when we dispatch your order, and therefore shall not become binding upon either party until this time.
Please check your order immediately on receipt and notify us of any discrepancies - any discrepancies must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt.
It is your responsibility to consult your vehicle manufacturers guidelines regarding roof loading, overhang before ordering roof racks.

Due to the wide variety of weights and sizes of products, shipping costs might vary from those shown on your order - if there is any difference we will contact you on receipt of your order to confirm any changes.
UK orders are despatched using courier delivery and are usually delivered in 2-3 days of our receipt of your order, although delivery can take up to 10 working days. Please contact us in advance if a specific delivery date is important to you or if you need an express delivery.
For international orders or for UK orders weighing more than 20kg please contact us in advance and we will endeavour to find the most cost effective means of delivering your order to you.
Kayaks cannot be delivered by carrier so delivery will be by arrangement and costed separately.
The appropriate UK tax rates are included in the order. International orders may be subject to duty and local taxes on delivery; these are entirely outwith our control.
We hope you will be entirely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, most goods can be returned for a full refund providing they have not been used and are returned within 28 days of purchase.
Where products have been customised for your use, returns and refunds will be at our discretion unless the item is faulty. It is your responsibility to return good to us, we do not collect. Ensure you obtain proof of posting.

Argyll Kayaks do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
